Bmobile Topup

The mobile is what I use every time I’m in Trinidad, sometimes I ran into some issues, but their customer service is helpful. Service issues are to be expected in the Caribbean so I’m pretty understanding, but I could see how it would be difficult if I was local.

Absolutely Outrageous. Bmobile. Can not be serious with this App and these terrible dark ages options. Where are the young people of Trinidad and Tobago. Please, take the reins from these Elders who are holding you back from progressing and having your place on the world stage; in this here technology era. They will hold you back just to have their chance to be in charge. When they should really should be, reiterated on vacation, learning how to work their IPhone. Respectfully 😉

I topped up my prepaid phone with $200 which meant that $177 should have gone to my account allowing me to access the cheapest prepaid 30-day plan. Instead, five minutes later when I checked my account balance, there was only $115 on the account. I had everything switched to off and I was on a free WiFi network. Where did the funds disappear to? Somehow it was depleted by Bmobile. How do I get this addressed and corrected?

The app is very easy to use. However the value of service needs to be upgraded. Why I can subscribe for the monthly service yet data usage is capped off so I have to purchase a weekly plan in addition too it is ludicrous and suggests that all Bmobile management cares about is making more money and offering less value. Step your game up Bmobile!
