This app didn’t work in Vienna, Austria. I tried to communicate with customer support and see what’s the problem but they simply didn’t even answer. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and if you use it you will get no customer support. Very unprofessional and lame.
App promised the world but after entering lots of information multiple times, when transferred to Corvus Pay, would not approve credit cards. We tried at least six times with three credit cards, all three Visa cards, and got the same results. If you are traveling and need a convenient way to pay for parking, you need to look somewhere else.
The app works great and is easy to use for parking, BUT … Once you add a car to your account, there is no way to remove it. The only way I could stop being charged for other people’s parking on the rental car I had in Croatia a month and a half after I returned the car was to delete my Bmove app. Hence my low star rating.
Every credit card I enter gets rejected for the “3DS error” mentioned in other reviews. Sent them an inquiry for help on their website and got no response. Don’t waste your time with this app.
This app made it difficult to select the correct parking durations, particularly for multiple days. Once everything was set up (car, contact, address, and credit card info entered) you’re redirected to a 3rd party payment site that is impossible to use. After 45 minutes of trying we gave up and parked closer to town.
Very confusing on how to use this app compared with other parking apps in Europe. It also won’t save my credit card information so I had to enter the information each time. The worst parking app so far in my 5 week Europe trip.
App used to be Paydo which seems to be used a lot through Croatia. Looks like they renamed or changed to Bmove. Unfortunately the credit card authorization doesn’t work no matter how many times I’ve tried to enter my card. Seems like a pretty basic function for a parking app to effectively work. It’s faster to pay parking at a kiosk then try to figure out this app. Hopefully they fix it otherwise it’s kind of useless.
It looks nice, but no matter how much you try it won’t accept any of my American credit cards. Too bad it doesn’t just support Apple Pay, I literally spent 20 minutes entering all my info again and again. This was supposed to save me time but I can walk to a kiosk and get change faster that this crappy company can fix their broken app.
Have to enter data repeatedly Works with VISA then when you want to extend, it doesn’t. Alerts VISA as fraud attempt. Get a hold of your VISA account and they “fix it.” Take about 25-30 minutes in the system to work (sometimes). VISA says it’s their fault and these guys days it’s VISA’s fault and both said their hands are tied, they’ve done everything they can.
