存了一千多顆鑽石，結果現在不能換骰子了⋯根本沒什麼用處

System Bug
有嚴重的系統Bug!!! 拿了榜單第一名(未靠買骰)爾後， 不斷衝內部賺骰子⋯購買一次骰子後⋯ 結果就在⋯ On 05/22 03:19-11:15am (Asia time) 遺失了幾近500顆骰子 On 05/22 20:56-23:27 (Asia time) 完全沒骰骰子，又自主扣我骰子370次 . . 撇除這類嚴重Bug 讓玩家的心血付之一炬外 以前原本對此遊戲印象很好 所以載回來玩，覺得改良得比以前好 花了三次台幣支持遊戲～ . 經過折騰+求助無門～ 還跑去官網IG丟私訊⋯⋯ 現在遊玩興緻全毀，只想砍遊戲。
遊戲內的機制不實
內容有比賽積分以及小遊戲可獲得獎勵 但會突然回溯導致時間內無法完成 被判定失敗 並且多次發生無任何防護機制 也不會有任何補償 可以不用下載遊戲
Customer service and tech support total FAIL
WARNING: DO NOT make any PURCHASE in this game because they would not admit to mistakes or bug in the system that completely render them unable to deliver on the product they promised( what kind of crap is a wild card sticker that cannot be used on another set (they have to all be use on the same set at the same time if bought in a bundle)? Wasn’t the whole purpose of the wild card sticker being that it can turn into any card in the album? Whether they were bought together or separately? ) And when confronted with this problem the customer service was so dense and could not fathom why I was displeased, just kept repeating that why found “no discrepancy” in the wild card sticker use record( well, duh! Because I TOLD you (and provided a screen cap)I was FORCED to use it up to morph into sticker I already have! ) and of course I don’t have a gameplay video as proof, mister, cuz how many people tape themselves playing this stupid game?! You should be able to deduct through the proof that I provided that I was telling the freaking truth! who would have thought a claim at a leisure game’s bug that take just one simple compensation( just give me my wild card sticker chance back again you can even take away the sticker I use it on or give me my money back) to fix would be so tiresome? This exchange completely ruined my appetite for this game, there will be other frivolous no-brained games I can change to that doesn’t infuriate me like this game, so Ciao, Board Kings, and I suggest the rest of you on board or thinking of getting on board get the hell out before it ruins your day, too!
