Who can I talk to?
I paid almost $100 for a years subscription and I only used it for 5 months. I only purchased it because the business I was with requires the use of it and there were only 10 free shares a day. I am no longer with the business, and there’s no option for a refund. I’m really hoping they don’t charge me next November especially if there’s no support to talk to. Half the time the keyboard would glitch and enter in the wrong tab when communicating and there was another time where it didn’t work at all until I did two updates on my phone.
iPad app lacks but iPhone app & Web are great
I love using this app on my phone and web browser but it will truly not be a functional cross platform app until I can use the app in portrait mode on my iPad.
Stop removing features we already pay for
I was a huge fan of the platform when they started, actually worked on the initial team giving feedback when it was in its infancy. It’s really disappointing when you have a feature available, then decide after it becomes popular to create another tier to your plans and remove those features we’re already paying for so we’re forced to move to the higher plan and pay more money.
We shouldn’t have to pay more money or upgrade just to keep the same features. Ex: just got the email that now the forms feature is now being taken away from the Business plan. Really? You’ve already forced many to upgrade to this plan when you took away the capability for them to create more than 3 boards or send more than 100 messages.
How about actually come up with better features for the higher plans instead of looking for more ways to squeeze dollars out of your customers with what you already have. I love the platform but you keep doing this, and it’s just not right. I’m extremely disappointed.
Glitches constantly
Shuts down, returns to wrong screen, sometimes won’t even show up. It works, but it’s frustrating. And I pay for it too. Wish there was a competitor.
I can’t get it to delete my account
Wanting to delete my account just because I don’t think it will work for what I was thinking originally. I had to reset the password to delete it, since I couldn’t remember my password. Now it won’t let me log in with the new password or send a link to create a new one. Seems to be a glitch in the app. I can delete the app, but I really wanted to delete my account, not just the app. I can’t figure out how to contact support either. 😅
Nothing showing up in keyboard
I have the keyboard on my iPhone but literally none of my boards show up. Why?
Will not come up when I try to open app!
Boards glitches and leaves my screen on it's on when trying to copy paste in messenger. When I try to open Boards from my screen it tries then closes before it opens then disappeared. Now it won’t even open! I have ask for help multiple times and got no help at all. I uninstalled it re installed it, nothing helps.!
Glitchy for an app I have to pay to use
It’s becomes super frustrating that this app glitches so much when I pay do much to use it. Every time I try to drop text or pictures in it closes out.
No portrait mode for iPad

I’m paying for this subscription and after using it a few times it will pop up and say learn how to use boards! Then you can’t use it i have to delete off my phone and reinstall it! Very aggravating. I already know how to use boards and have been using it so why the pop up? I’m PAYING FOR THIS! Stop the pop up. This is interfering with my job/time!!!! Just slows me down while trying to work. I’m about ready to say the heck with boards and hunt for an alternative. Fix it or lose customers!
