Deception of clients and complete inadequacy of boats.

Edit: Canned response from a bot. Tired of companies outsourcing customer support to bots. Stay off this app. It’s a poor clone of Getmyboat app. This app has very few listings and is difficult to use. Getmyboat has far more boat listings to choose from.

Great app, been using it for three years, excellent service as well.

I can’t log in to my account no matter how I try to. I have tried different web browsers etc. Still having issues

Have had multiple reservations canceled by boatsetter in advance. If you reserve a boat for what turns out to be a busy weekend, they will cancel your spot and re-list for a higher price, even if your reservation was months in advance.

The wind limited our plans but Braxton gave us lots of info and the gps was easy to follow. Boat was great.

The idea is great, but here is why I probably will use it only once. When booking, you don’t know if boat is avl or not, many boat owners don’t upload their schedule, and the only way to find out, and book a boat first. The booking fees is huge. On 300$, they want 50$ for their service.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Boatsetter, leading to an unjust deactivation of my listing. Despite my consistent efforts to maintain timely and effective communication with potential renters, I was cited for several incidents of alleged unresponsiveness last year. I believe this to be a misunderstanding, as I have always prioritized clear and prompt communication. After this experience and considering my needs for flexibility in communication and more reasonable service charges, I decided to move my listings to another leading boat renting app. This platform offers a better fit for my requirements, allowing for easier interaction with potential customers and at a cheaper rate. It’s disappointing to have to leave a review like this, as my initial interactions with Boatsetter were positive. However, I felt it necessary to share my experience to provide feedback on the areas where the platform could improve, particularly in terms of flexibility and understanding towards its users.

Rey our boat captain was accommodating, thoughtful and skilled. He made the trip special and amazing for our bridal party.
