App is full of bugs.
It’s ok but lots of small bugs make it frustrating to use. I didn’t have this with the old app: When I have a long list of items to look at, after a short time of looking at details and switching back to the list it stops scrolling down so I can’t see any more items (list has 1000 items but won’t scroll past the first 50 or so). Links from mail never open in the right place in the app, e.g. the offer screen. Can’t group watchlist by seller to see how many items are still open from the same seller. Etc.
The app keeps on closing down, its very slow and not very user friendly!
The absence of PayPal as a payment option has caused me (and my bank) considerable wasted time. Visa Debit created currency confusion. Almost debited R140 as £140, not ~£8. I’m in UK, where almost all sellers offer PayPal on EBay - by far the most convenient. Please add to your site.

Bid-or-buy is proving to have a very frustrating interface. Payment options are not made clear prior to committing to purchase. If they do, very obscure as I could not find it. It would not only have made this less time consuming, avoided double time in making a small purchase, but it would help to inform the decision to buy PRIOR to making a commitment to buy. Smartphone app interface is even more clunky than the website and painful to use. The website does not re-format to smart phone interface which then require a lot of phone stroking to read listings. Filling in forms are to say the least a feat in endurance as the keyboard obscure half the form and the only way to get to fill in the next field is to go out through the "Done" button and then select the next field... Multiple purchase does not collect under one payment interface which then forces multiple payments OR waiting for the trader to send you a combined invoice which seem not to list all your purchases under one invoice. Buying to packets of seed has now cost me 3 separate interfaces with the trader, 4 emails from the trader and two from me. Enough! I am swapping to alternative trading sites without any further consideration. Life is too short! Am I missing out on products or good deals? Who the hell cares!!? I will not feel like rubbing jam in my hair out of sheer frustration.
