Buggy app
The app keeps saying Internet is not connected but all other apps work just fine. Looks like the development team is testing this in production 😝

Always crashes
Each time when we log in, the app does not work properly. Suddenly the app become irresponsive of gives garbage result or we can say that the information is being displayed is not up to date. Very frustrating… Just uninstalled and using web interface instead of app.
Worst ios app
This app keeps getting crashed whenever one wish to login. At times it says internet issue when every other app works fine. I don’t think Bob cards are taking any measures to correct their app issue on ios platform.
