Dustin keeps getting lost on the map. It was great when it worked but it gets really frustrating to have to remap every few days.

Whoever made the app should get a different job. You can program in “no-sweep zones” which sounds great but DOES NOT WORK. I put my Dustin on a job and he spends half the time getting stuck in clearly marked no sweep zones. I literally marked them as no sweep zones because Dustin will get stuck and yet he does not avoid them when on the job… useless. I literally have to monitor my Dustin constantly because he will wander into rooms he’s not supposed to be working in or getting stuck in areas I’ve marked as no sweep zones. It makes every feature in the app feel purely superficial and non functional. Like look at all these cool features that would make things easier but do not work at all. Also why can’t I program a queue of multiple rooms or one after the other without doing it as a scheduled cleaning… very dumb.

While the machine itself (@ $289) is below average at best this app is utterly worthless. Does nothing except register the product. Shark and/or iRobot have this junk beat every moment of the day. Features = none

I bought my mother a Shark robotic vacuum for Christmas and set it up. I was so impressed that I purchased a robotic vacuum, the bObsweep Dustin model. The vacuum does a great job; however, I noticed it was lacking some pretty key features that the Shark app had, mainly the ability to add custom names for rooms. Secondly, integration with Alexa. It does say it is Google and Alexa compatible, which just means you can turn it on and off. With the Shark app and Alexa integration, I could say, ‘Alexa, clean bedroom 1’ or ‘clean kitchen,’ and it would do it. With the bObsweep app and Alexa, this is not possible. It is a pain to open up the app and select the area I want cleaned vs saying it and making routines in Alexa, such as when I leave my location, vacuum the kitchen. I hope this is a limitation with the app and not the bObsweep model itself. Also, I wish there was a way to change the direction of the vacuuming due to the carpet pattern it leaves.

I have had other “robots” and their apps and Bob is superior in its easy to use format with so many choices to choose from. We have a Dustin and are very happy with it and this app!

Our Dustin works perfectly! We have 2 heavy shedding dogs and run Dustin daily. Does a great job. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and they got back to me within 1 business day and helped me fix (operator error lol) small issues. Have had Dustin for a couple months. Zero problems whatsoever. Wish we had found product years ago!

This is our second vacuum, the first one was Bobi purchased several years ago. It worked very well and the started not holding a charge. Rather that purchase parts to totally refurbish Bobi, we decided to buy a new one. This time we bought Dustin, a self emptying vacuum and I have been very very impressed and pleased with the performance. Found it easy to set up, connect to WiFi and get him started. My house has never been so clean, even on the day the housekeeper came. We have one cat and even with lots of brushing, she still manages to shed a lot of hair. I highly recommend this product!

This product was expensive so my expectations were high. Unfortunately it will no longer connect to WiFi effectively rendering its remote control capability useless. I would never buy another one or recommend it to anyone. Stick with IRobot.

The most worthless piece of junk app in the whole world. Not one thing it’s good at!
