For years BOC’s private clients have been voicing problems with the App and Website.
Private Clients can’t use the BOC Retail App which has had a recent update. This App hasn’t been updated in 3yrs for private clients?!
This big corporate company doesn’t funnel money for an IT to do an overhaul and make sure their App and Website runs properly for their private clients?
TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS IF THIS COMPANY KEEPS ON IGNORING CLIENTS STAR RATINGS, COMMENTS AND VOICE CALLS TO THE COMPANY WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT FIXING THE LONG OVERDUE ISSUES!!!

App doesn’t work at all. I tried to set up an account several times with absolutely no success. Now I have to travel an hour to purchase gas from another retailer because the local store won’t sell me gas without an account number.

I have reinstalled the app and updated everything and it simply will not load, complete waste of time.
Ok, when it works.
Handy for ordering and checking your bill, but after just about every iOS update it doesn’t work at all.
Makes it hard to pay the bill you can’t see😒.
BOC
Lots of bugs, Half the time my invoices will not load when you select them. also prompts you to rest your password often but then the page doesn’t load to reset it. Hard to pay your bills when the above happens! I’ve had to call to pay my bill several times and mentioned it several times that the app is faulty but still the same.
Never works
The app is fine when it opens. Most of the time it just freezes on the BOC logo page.
This version is broken. Don’t update!
Please patch up. This freezes on first screen. Tried uninstalling but same thing.
