The BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app is developed for the BODY BIKE SMART®+ indoor bike. Use the smartphone to display the training data during a workout. Connect by Bluetooth®.

BODY BIKE Indoor Cycling app provides users with a powerful tool to monitor their indoor cycling during a workout and after. Displaying power/watts, %FTP, heart rate, cadence, distance and calories burned – current, average and maximum values. It is a motivating display of data intended all indoor cyclists using the BODY BIKE SMART®+ indoor bike. Upload your performance data from the app to your Strava account to get a complete overview of all your workouts – indoor cycling, running, hiking etc. Push yourself, achieve ranks and become a legend.

Features:

- Data display: tap the screen to switch between the data types.
- Colour intensity zones: 5-zone colour display (Coggan's power zones).
- FTP estimation: Estimate your FTP from your gender, age, weight, height and hours of weekly cardio training under Personal Settings.
- 5 minute FTP Test: Take the test and find your FTP value.
- VO2 max test: Take the VO2 max test to determine your FTP and VO2 max value.
- Customization: Choose a favourite colour scheme.
- Workout history: Keep track of the indoor cycling workouts. Get an overview of all past workouts and track improvement.
- Upload your performance data to your Strava account.
- Achievement system: Push yourself and achieve rank and medals along your way.
- Metric and Imperial units system: Choose the right unit system for your need.

- Intensity scale: Get an overview of how many percentages of each workout you have spent in the few different intensity zones.
- Data display: Shows all data live there before only was in workout history specification
- New layout: New setup, new and bigger font, obvious page header and battery capacity
- Personal setting: Choose between four new themes

Getting worse with each update

This needs function over looks. I don’t care about the new gui. Why do I have to start a workout each time I connect my device? Why can’t it auto connect? Switching to another app. Disappointing…

THANKYOU for your latest update. Users in my class are much happier with the change in distance measurement to 0.0. We are just wondering if the predicted distance could be replaced with live kmph measurement. This was one of the most popular settings on the app prior to its recent updates. Riders like to know how fast they are travelling at any given moment rather than the predicted distance over an hour.

I use it every week, it’s great. It would be awesome if it pair with Apple Watch and if I had a notes section so I can record what Sprint or RPM class I did, then I could compare.

Heart rate from Apple Watch

Downloaded the app today and used it in rpm for the first time. Significantly improved the benefits I got from the class. As with other commenters, please link to Apple Watch and workouts to get the heart rate data. Strava upload worked well. New feature idea - since we repeat the workouts frequently (les mills does the same rpm class for weeks) At a time), I would like the ability to compare my current performance in the class to my previous “identical” workouts. This lets me know if overall I’m getting fitter - eg, last time I did rpm 86 the total calories burned were abc, on track 6 the max watts were x but today they are y, etc. Thanks.

This would be so much better with Apple Watch HR monitor integration. I could then use that HR data to add to my Strava App.

Good app but battery drains

It's a great app for spin class. Needs connection to Apple Watch for HR. My major issue is that this app is a major battery user even on the days I don't do spin and use the app. 10% today and I have not used it for anything.

No HR conectivity

I agree with last comment...there needs to be a connection with apple iwatch so Heart Rate can be monitored.

Not compatible with Apple Watch

My suggestion to the developers is to enable the app to get heart rate from the Apple Watch. At the moment it is not compatible and you have to use a dedicated Bluetooth hr monitor.
