I really like the app and use it to do my favourite training. BUT I miss challenges and programs, where you don’t need to work out every day. A challenge where it is planned out for those, who only wants to train 2-3 times a week but still have the option to get a fitted schedule. I am not the type to work out every day, because my body gets to sore. And all challenges and programs are for those who can work out everyday. And I really like the programs and challenges,but I can never mark them as completed because I don’t work out every day..
Doesnt save videos
The workouts are great and all, but whenever I save some workouts, they disappear again.
A very good app
this app is really useful if you want to lose weight or get muscles (and that’s like the whole purpose of the App) but if you’re a beginner, in my case at least. I’ve found it really hard to understand how the things worked and how to start. Because some of the videos/trials/workouts, she talked about workouts from the day before and in my experience it made me really confused to how I was supposed to start my workout. With the videos that were provided/workouts…
But overall I really like it. In my case I think it’s kind of sad that I have to pay for some stuff, mostly because I’m a student and don’t have enough money to afford the premium “ package”

Best app ever
I have for a while worked out with Cassie on YouTube. When I saw that she had released an app I downloaded as fast as I could. The app is easy to navigate in. And it helps me remind myself to workout. Its nice to have the monthly calendar right there. It’s just overall the best fitness app I have tried. (And I have tried many).
