Why do I have to pay for your app while I did not even buy it

I cannot reach you tech support, so I write here my suggestion. I have vitiligo which is a skin condition that develops white patches on the body. It would be great to have an app to retouch our pics so we can again look tanned and without any white patch so we can us it for mental reprogramming 😇I tried your app, but it didn’t work as the tanning option only raise the color proportional to the original colors 😬

App Keeps Crashing
Been Using This App For Years, But It Keeps Crashing Every Single Time I Try To Open It. please Fix This
Paid for year subscription and app doesn’t open !
Paid for a year subscription and the app doesn’t open . It was working fine and suddenly I got open app it disappears. It attempts to reset but it doesn’t. Removed and reinstalled but think fix problem.
Bug on App!
I love using this app but there is a bug that crashes the app right when you open the app
