I liked the App in the beginning, but now it doesn't show me any products. It says that there are e.g. 32 products found, but not 1 single product is shown, so I can't use this app anymore. Please fix this.

This used to be the site to try new products and brands for a one stop shop. If you go under search by brands it only shows the bodybuilding.com brands, tried to search JYM, nothing, nothing saved in my wishlist . Idk what happened but it’s not how it was years ago.

First off, your selection of Jym products is lacking badly. Then I put some items in my cart and you offer a 15 percent discount for my email. I put my email in and get said discount for you to take it away at the end saying I’m not eligible. Of course I put more product in my cart after getting the discount. This site has become a joke. I’ve had multiple problems with this site in the past. Seems to be getting worse. Not sure I’ll use it much more.

AN SSL ERROR HAS OCCURRED AND A SECURE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER CANNOT BE MADE!

After year of not shopping at BB.com due to an employee discount at work, I finally try to come back. Have not been able to log into the app because of an SSL error. Not a good sign for the state of the company now.

I can’t even login anymore. It says wrong username and/or password even when resetting them. I’m giving this 3 stars because when it works it’s great. Please fix this!

App is absolute garbage, anytime I try logging in it states wrong email or password so I updated my password and it still says wrong email or password. But when I go online on the actual website the email and password I use ends up working. Super frustrating

After the app and store underwent its big changes I couldn’t log in anymore. The previous version had my login info stored so it was a quick and seamless login. Not anymore. I went through the steps of resetting my password but that didn’t take so I removed the app and I guess I’m just not ordering my supplements from bodybuilding anymore because of the inability of that simple process to work. I shouldn’t have had to reset my password at all, but if I do it should work.

Products are good, the website continually has me going through the new password loop then rejecting the new password. Very frustrating

This app hasn’t worked in ages, I can’t even logged in. I already reached out and I just get the they’re “working on it” answer.
