Recently bought this and downloaded the app through App Store. Followed all the instructions written I. The manual that went with it. Still does not work. So I returned it as it is definitely useless and bought an better one.

Most useless app I have ever used

The app worked fine for me with the first set of scales. I needed replacement scales and now I only get readings for weight, body fat and BMI. Muscle mass, hydration and bone does not register any more. What can I do?

I have found this to be helpful, using to track weight loss and not really to monitor other stats. The year graph is frustrating for me. It does NOT show the graph for the entire year, only the weight loss from the month (which the month tab shows with much more detail) There is a graph option to show loss for the day - who monitors their weight more than once per day? Is that even a thing? Please fix the year graph, for someone losing weight it is the most important indicator of steady weight loss over a long period of time and can boost confidence that you are actually making progress.

There’s a whole bunch of options that just aren’t working when you click on them like the save button on the back button etc

There is no update for app. Change to new iOS it covers everything on the top. Unable to click. And it is not sync able. I’ve lost all my previous data.

As a female, I only have access to the wheight, and BMI measures. My partner, a male, has access to all other measures. It would make no sense for me to switch my profile to a male, cause there will be absolutely no accuracy in my results !

It worked the first time I used it and hasn’t worked since. I can use the weight function but nothing else. I’ve read the booklet, I’m connected to Bluetooth and ensured Bluetooth was on and connected to scales when I stood on it HRM but still all I get is weight. With so many people experiencing the same issue, you’d think the developers would have resolved it by now.

The app stopped showing bone density, hydration, muscle mass, body fat… it only ever records weight….

Why does it not work for females? I have to creat a female profile to get the extra features.
