Inside the studio you’ll discover an abundance of sequences developed to strengthen your body, expand your awareness, and liberate your authentic self-expression. With techniques ranging from resistance training, pilates, and embodied movement to breathwork, meditation, and well-being you’ll cultivate a movement practice that feels medicinal, no matter what feeling or circumstance may be unfolding for you.

LIVESTREAM CLASSES
Interactive, livestream classes offered each week to cultivate presence, body awareness and athleticism alongside a safe and heart-centered community in Bodywise’s signature class formats: Embody, Sculpt, Sweat, Glide and Condition.

ON-DEMAND
Access to skillfully guided classes with a growing library of 250+ mind-body workouts and embodiment rituals, ranging from resistance training and pilates to breathwork, meditation, and more restorative well-being techniques. New content added weekly.

SYNC MOVEMENT + YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE
As a menstruator, hormones (and therefore mood and energy levels) are constantly fluctuating throughout the month. Cycle synching your movement practice is an excellent way to attune with your cyclical nature + honor your body. All Bodywise practices are categorized based on the phases of the menstrual cycle. Start to find your own rhythm and optimize your hormones by sweating during your Follicular Phase, channeling your power in the Ovulatory Phase, grounding and slowing down during your Luteal Phase, and replenishing during your Menstrual Phase.

WEEKLY GUIDES  
Two curated pathways of recommended classes are released weekly to support your movement practice. Choose the (Expansive) Guide when your energy is high and you’re looking to expand your limits or choose the (Nourishing) Guide when your body is asking for practices that feel more medicinal.

ABOUT CLAUDIA
Claudia is a New York City based movement instructor and certified breathwork + meditation facilitator. Her career as a professional contemporary dancer alongside her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrative Somatic Therapy have made her a lifelong student of the body, ignited her exploration of holistic + somatic healing, as well as shaped her devotion to sharing the ways our physiology often reveals our psychology. Deeply passionate about translating the subtle language of the body and expanding clients’ body literacy, Claudia empowers and educates those on the journey of reclaiming body trust, finding mental and physical flow, and feeling radically at home within themselves.
