The app is easy to use and have lot of useful features BUT, it needs lot of improvements, there are lot of issues such as: Can’t get my device registered! Can’t add Cliq service! The whole dashboard doesn’t match my screen (iPhone 14 pro)! Hope you fix all these issues. Best

The application always wanna to register again to active the face ID And doesn’t support iPad !

The concepts are well thought, but very badly implemented. The app is very laggy, gestures are not included, and I am unable to add my card to Apple Wallet at all, despite having the latest iOS and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

BOJ App supports iPhones only, unlike other local and international banks they give you (iPad compatibility) bigger screen experience since the BOJ website is no longer available.

App doesn’t allow me to proceed after putting the user name and password in registry, i have iPhone 13 pro max and it always gives me that there’s an error

The app won’t register on my iPhone 13 pro (in order to be able to use face ID) Even though it’s working on my older device iPhone Xr

The app is no longer working on iOS 14.5 😒

تطبيق سيء جدا ، بعد اتمام عملية تسجيل الحساب بشق الانفس ، لا يقبل ان يسجل دخول بها !! حاولت عشرات المرات و لم يقم تطبيقكم الغبي و السيء بإدخالي !!
