One of the worst apps I have ever used Bad customer service on all there platforms till this very day u can’t access my funds in there account but it still receive funds but still can’t use it for Airtime or send it out

I’m unable to verify my facial recognition saying VERIFICATION failed. This app in app camera is bad you guys should update this app

This app is very useless. If you are in Nigeria, you have to change your region before you can add their dollar card. For you to withdraw your dollar back, they want 3 dollars as fee. Don’t download the app talk more of signing up!!!

I’m unable to signup as I can’t get the verification code

Is like you people are sent outside to frustrate your customers cause this company is a big scam. What’s the point of paying that huge rate just for your card not to work and we can't withdraw the money also..why are you people this wicked by the way locking your comment section on all your social media shows that you guys are not ready for business

Why is it so difficult to get the otp to verify my phone number At first I wanted to transfer my naira out of the account , according to you guys it was because the account is not upgraded yet and it took you guys three days to verify the account and upgrade it to tier 2 now I can’t even access the app again This error of getting my phone verified keeps popping up yet after imputing my phone number it’s gets too difficult to verify Now I can’t get my money and I can’t access the app 💔🥺🥺💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

I’ve been trying to Take a selfie but it’s not and I’ve put like $8 and it’s not transferring back what kind if app is this

I funded my virtual usd card weeks back , now I’m trying to run a transaction and the card details are missing, I’m being told on the app to get a new card, after paying for the initial and all the charges deducted, I also had usd on the card. Note that I’ve only run in-app transactions so I don’t understand what’s happened. A one-star rating is too generous. I don’t know what’s going on with your app, but I need a response because I’m not letting it go.
