One of the worst sites to use, not fit for purpose. Trying to book a tour…..impossible! Total rubbish they need to revisit this and get it right like they have with their champagnes.

It says my personal code is already in use, well certainly not by me. Pretty terrible app. Don’t bother.
Ordering Champagne
Several times I’ve tried to contact the Bollie team but never ever had a reply. I’ve now given up. Very sad as I love this fine Champagne.
Seemingly Pointless
Downloaded the app via the QR code on the card in the Bollinger box, first thing you need to do is enter your unique code - and that doesn’t work, so you can’t get any further. Seemingly pointless download.
