Dank der App von Bombay Express können sie sich ihre beliebten indischen Speisen schnell und einfach nach Hause oder zur Arbeit bringen lassen. Die App ermöglicht auch Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen oder Verspeisen in unserer Filiale. Ein Bonus ist unser Treueprogramm, bei dem Sie Treuepunkte sammeln und diese bei zukünftigen Bestellungen verwenden können.
Die App enthält:
- unser Menü und das aktuelle Zustellgebiet
- in Prag, Pilsen und Olomouc können Sie sich Ihr Essen ab einem Bestellwert von 650 CZK kostenlos liefern lassen (der Mindestbestellwert beträgt 350 CZK, von 350 - 649 CZK zahlen Sie für die Lieferung 25 CZK/km)
- in Wien beträgt der Mindestbestellwert für die Lieferung 20 EUR und der Preis für die Lieferung 2,50 EUR pro Bestellung
- Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen oder Verspeisen in unserer Filiale
- Bestellung und Zahlung direkt in der App
- Zahlung auch in bar oder mit Essensgutscheinen möglich (hängt von den derzeit verfügbaren Optionen ab)
- Treuepunkte für jede Bestellung, die mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt wird, verwendbar für die nächste Bestellung (In der Tschechischen Republik beträgt die Prämie 5 % der mit Karte bezahlten Bestellungen, in Österreich 10 % aller Bestellungen)

Adresseingabe funktioniert nicht

Es kann keine Adresse eingegeben werden bzw. wird die Adresse nicht erkannt. Somit ist eine Bestellung gar nicht möglich.

Not able to change address

Lots of JavaScript errors in website

2 Sterne fürs Design

- keine genaue Adresseingabe möglich, Stiege/Tür muss unter Anmerkung bei jeder Bestellung neu eingegeben werden - Format Telefonnummer Eingabe nicht intuitiv ersichtlich - Telefonnummer muss bei Bestellung nochmal eingegeben werden, obwohl unter Angaben schon hinterlegt - Änderung Status wurde als Popup in Tschechisch angezeigt (AT unter Einstellungen) - keine Änderung Lieferzeit möglich Fazit: Lieber Drittanbieter App nutzen

App noch nicht einwandfrei

Design ist wirklich gut gelungen aber…. Die App hat einige Fehler, wie z.B. genaue Adresseneingabe nicht möglich oder bekomme danach noch weitere Benachrichtigung per Mail obwohl es schon längst geliefert wurde. Fühl mich zugespamt…

App functionality

Not sure if it’s just me but I am mostly ordering food to eat in the restaurant and it seems the team has no information about my order. I always have to show them my phone so that they can see what I have ordered. And they only start to prepare the meal after I approach them. The app also let’s you order a meal that is not available.

Needs improvement

Everything about food and deliveries is OK, but the app needs an improvement. UX is not nice and I really lack possibility to use ApplePay. It’s very inconvinient to type card number into iPhone/iPad.

Used to be good

I used to order from this app a lot, but last two attempts weren’t successful. First time couldn’t change address and then decided to get it myself. Ordered it and paid. In the app it said its not paid and I have to pay and I was in the circle of that. Then finally got email that I paid and its being prepared. But app isn’t working properly. Now after 2 weeks wanted to order and still no change. Not possible to change the address so I cannot order. I still have my points I wanted to use, but not possible. Please do something about it.

Kvalitní aplikace

Vše naprosto v pořádku, jen bych ocenila možnost platby přes ApplePay.

Better cooks than app developpers (or delivery people)

I like bombay express but oh lord this is the worst delivery experience i’ve ever had, it takes so much time and the app is so horrible I cant begin to describe it even
