Don’t order from them ever again! I ordered from them before and I never received it. They use DoorDash which is a bunch of thieves.

App is totally unusable

1) The total cost before tax on two items was calculated incorrectly. 2) App forces a 15% tip with absolutely no option anywhere to change it. More details: 1) Incorrect total cost briefly fixed itself when something else was added and then removed from the basket, but the incorrect total was displayed again on the checkout. The difference was about 20 cents, but if this happens with every customer, it becomes a lot of extra money quickly which is pretty dishonest. Happened on the app and website.

App is clunky as ever. 1) “New” app requires another setup 2) has a half baked Android web page feel 3) forces you to enter your CC info and is thus a security problem. 4) does not use Apple Pay 5) institutes an insulting 0.99 “convenience fee” for the experience adding injury to insult. When Bonchon raised their already **overpriced** chicken prices (gougeflation) we generally stopped going there. It was a couple times a month reduced to 1 or 2 times a year and there is NO WAY we will tip when we are doing take out. (Pay your employees for crying out loud Bonchon, you cheap …)

In the last month or so, the app starts up and you select “Start an order”. Then it goes to a white screen and stays there for infinity. I tried turning off my VPN but that didn’t help. :-(

The recent update has really improved this app. Way better ordering process.

Yay!! The app is functioning well and effectively. Able to order food for pickup/delivery quickly and smoothly! Bugs are fixed!!

How has this not been fixed?!?!?! I was standing in the restaurant and tried using the ap, it said it could not find a location near me. Do not bother with this ap!!!

It only shows 2 locations in like Chicago and no other locations, so maybe if you live near one of those 2 locations it’s worth it. I’m just using the website from now on.

The app is broken and only shows two locations in the entire country. Don’t bother with it.
