Bond Vet FAQ
Is Bond Vet free?
Yes, Bond Vet is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Bond Vet legit?
🤔 The Bond Vet app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Bond’s new app is super convenient. It helps me manage all of my dog’s records so I don’t have to call or email anyone.
And it reminds me whenever he is due for an appointment.
I can also easily get to their online pharmacy so I can order his tick medicine and whatever else he needs.
Super easy to use!
Easy to use app! Can make appts, get medical records, request meds to be delivered.
Issue with accessing records
My pet recently had a telehealth and in-person visit I used a different email than the one I normally use. However, now I cannot access her records prior to these visits now even after I spoke with someone at the sites. They stated I should leave a review for further assistance.
Overall ok
I do love the convenience of this app however, there are certain features that are lacking. For example, there is no chat option, and for whatever reason you are not able to view existing appointments. Those features are not exactly life altering. They would definitely add to the overall appeal.
No chat or text function
(App Version 1.6.3 90) There is no chat feature in this app, even though the App Store description and Bond Vet’s website state there are. Very frustrating because there‘s no actual way for me to get in touch with my doctor or anyone from the location that I went to (Somerville, MA). The clinics number is just a main number/hub for all location calls. As a new patient I had a good experience in person for my first appointment, but overall the communication after the visit has been really frustrating and complicated.
Not useful whatsoever
Can’t download medical records/documents to my phone or have them emailed— always get an error message notification instead. What is the point of having to download the app if it’s not used for booking appointments or seeing medical info? Some of this info is then required for requesting travel certificates (requires unnecessary calling to office to get info that should be in the app)
Glitchy
It’s hard to read the notes from Vet visits because the HTML populates into the body of care instructions and Vet notes/summary.
Additionally, you cannot see the exam or lab results directly in the app. It would be nice if the app was truly a one stop shop for all of your pet’s information/records.
As it is currently configured, you end up having many different invoices, estimates, communications either in email, text, or in the app which is confusing.
Can’t view/cancel appts on app???
Haven’t been in yet and app overall looks great but incredibly frustrating and bizarre that you can schedule an appointment, but you can’t view/cancel existing ones. What is the point of the convenience with appointments on the app if I have to go to the browser to do those other scheduling tasks?
app review!
I’ve experienced a few issues recently downloading records - press download and it doesn’t do anything - and reviewing visit notes. The html is populating in the app making it difficult to read the visit information.
