No internacional delivery service caused inconvenience trouble to us. Skinner should not accept international bid or alert in advance when we bid.

This is hard to navigate. We miss Skinner!!! Everything about Bonham is to be disliked. It has become a symbol of corporate greed.

You need to engage with an end TL to end process engineer. The app, age verification then pick up process is very irritating. My password change hasn’t worked, I have to upload my id to validation my age despite having a long standing relationship with skinner and the local pick up retailer. If this were simple and the app worked well I might not be so irritated, but other auction houses have already figured this out

The app is not updated. The items in future auctions cannot be viewed in a reasonable time prior to the auction.

I have been a seller and a buyer with Skinner. Skinner is by far the BEST online auction service with whom I have had the privilege to do business. I will continue to be a Skinner client for many years to come.

The app works well. The only issue I have is that photos of auction items open “full screen” and it is actually pretty difficult to get them closed to go back to the listings. Not intuitive at all.

Skinner, a company I once admired, no longer takes credit cards. This basically shut out the average buyer.

I have sent the same email six times and the second person has emailed three times regarding clearing up an invoice. No one has responded to any of the emails whatsoever. The customer service is quite poor regarding rectifying the situation.
