Was easy to navigate and setup this app. Love it, Nasee Gha was really helpful
Terrible customer service. I cancelled after 4 days, I was told this would work with WhatsApp business and it doesn’t. I am hard of hearing and couldn’t discuss the with the cancellations team. I asked to be emailed. The first two people I spoke with said this would be fine and that I had a 30 day period to pay for. I paid up to that date. The third person informed me this was a contract and I couldn’t leave for the year. He also said that as I hadn’t answered the phone to the cancellations team my initial call was not logged as a cancellation. I asked for email contract! This was at the start of Sept, I asked again for the cancellation team to email me, but here we are with lots more emails and texts telling me I have to pay for another month. I have emailed again and no contact. This company has NO internal complaints system or a line of supervision and I was told I could speak with anyone else. Don’t waste your money and time. There are others, cheaper who do consider disabled customers.

Everytime you make a call it opens Facetime app, phoned support but they were unwilling to try and find a solution. Also can't type in numbers with keyboard on the dialer screen have to tap each button number with mouse one by one, old rotary phones were quicker. Support not helpful at all, basic things need to be fixed, will be looking for another solution.
It’s very easy to set up a virtual landline with bOnline and the onboarding experience was great. Was also very easy to set up the VOIP handset to connect it to my new landline number. However, the mobile app is frustrating me. Currently the app does not cause my mobile to ‘ring’ when someone calls the landline number and voicemails also do not play back (no sound) through the app. In summary easy set up, works well on the computer and desk phone, but the mobile app is not currently doing the job for me.
Hounded to go on to this app whilst on holiday and at the end of the week they turned my number off even though they had agreed to call me after my holiday. Set up on this app and now we no longer get options for our different businesses and all calls come through as our number so we can not phone anyone back.
Always having to restart phone to make app work and recently it’s stopped notifications for any calls. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, worked for 20 mins now doesn’t work at all. Had issues since I joined in November 2023. Upgraded to 3.0 and still useless. Customer services never fix anything. Will move once contract is up. They then will hassle me after this review as usual.
We’ve had nothing but problems since we moved to them 18/12/23, with repeated complaints from customers of an echoey line. My mobile app worked perfectly well earlier this week, and on being told to upgrade to version 3 today, it now won’t accept the email address and PIN that is on the email bOnline sent to us.
Alfreda was quite friendly and explained to me step by step how to use the app on the mobile and on the computer. Thank you
