First they send the defective product then ask customer to bear the charges of delivery and now they are charging platform fees and its very bad service. I think they should shut their business and stay in offline business if they cant bear the delivery charges. I would never order from boodmo again.

They will charge you platform fee and delivery charges even if you retrun the item as it shows it will fit your vehicle but fails. Dont buy anything from this application

Hi Friends, This is the worst compay, I raised 4 time delivery issues concerns but no one called me and they not bothering at all for customer once they receive money from us, worst service, don’t buy anything. I ordered one product on July 2nd but my delivery date keep changing.. there is no stock at all I guess… Please go near by shops and we can get the product then and there..

Boodmo is hopeless app. You will find the product you want but it will not get delivered to you. No one cares to even send an update on what’s happening. If you call on the useless customer care number you will end up having useless IVR options and no one to answer your query. I would strongly say don’t download or order. The prices given here are also fake as for my order a total of 500₹ got added during checkout for delivery and platform charges. If I would have paid 100₹ extra I would have got the work done from Honda service station in a single day. I would again say, don’t order and get cheated.

Don’t buy anything report everyone they take prepaid orders only then don’t bother to deliver be careful before ordering

I wanted to buy the inner fender mudguard for my old Hyundai verna the part costed me 533 bt the delivery charges was like 3000rs It’s better if I go at dealer n bought for the same price

I ordered parts via the app but received damaged goods and the company declined the return. Its best to purchase auto parts through an authorised dealer available in your area

They will say refund processed but no refund provided for broken parts received.

There is no way to call them if any issues. The given number is only a robot voice. Can’t speak to any agent. Delivery dates are always wrong. They never commit to a date and charge extremely high fee for delivery.

Orders delayed for more than a week. There is no support and they have no idea where the order is. Showing in transit and dispatched endlessly. Pls do not use this to order anything. It’s a scam
