everytime i try to edit a few things for my story covers, it’s so damn laggy! I can’t even work properly with this type of problem. Fix it please!

Book Covers Team, can you fix this? Because Every time I finish my book cover for Wattpad and downloaded it. all the pictures are gone. It's all white except the stickers and fonts are intact. Can you fix this? There's something wrong with this app and download.
Random account
I have been using this app and made a few covers and never bothered to explore the app. Everything was in english But then i needed to make another cover all the texts were suddenly russian so i decided to change the language but i saw the profile and it was a random account. I decided to go to settings but i couldn't understand russian so i clicked a random thing and it logged me out but the sign in page was now russian. Please fix this problem.
Have to redownload it to use
The app itself is nice to use but literally everytime im gonna use it, it doesn’t enter the app but instead exit itself to home and I have to redownload it to be able to use it. Can’t y’all fix this?
Forgot my password, doesn’t help AT ALL
So i forgot my password and i was sent an email saying i i should clink a certain link, log in and press “forgot password” to put on a new password but literally NOTHING HAPPENS. I’ve done it several times for days and still NOTHING. Can you please fix this?

I am happy we have this app. So we dont like draw in real life and draw in devices. We could just customize! I love this app dont delete it!

i cant do anything in this app. my internet works completely fine but it just loads too long and says that i have a connection problem even tho i dont
