「新北愛Book」行動應用服務主要是提供新北市立圖書館讀者即時的館藏查詢、圖書館服務推播通知(預約書到館、借閱即將到期提醒、借閱已逾期推播通知)、預約續借及行動借閱證等服務。

由於本次強化資訊安全性，會導致3.0.20版本以前之app無法正常使用，請儘速更新至最新版本。
新功能
4.0.1版更新
1.新增我的書籤功能。我的書籤與電腦版個人書籤同步，您可將喜愛的書目資料收藏於個人化自訂書籤中。
2.預約書單項目新增顯示預約書「借閱狀態」及進行「預約日期」
3.已借書單項目新增顯示該筆館藏目前預約人數
4.新增Beacon活動自助導覽功能
5.加強資訊安全性。
