Book Keeper Accounting

If I could give zero stars, I would. This software is a complete disaster from start to finish. The user interface looks like it’s stuck in the early 2000s clunky, outdated, and utterly unintuitive. Basic tasks take way too long, and the system constantly freezes or crashes, especially during peak hours. The so called “automation” features barely work, and I found myself manually correcting more errors than I ever did without software. It’s supposed to save time instead, it wastes it. Customer support? A joke. Slow responses, zero accountability, and generic copy-paste answers that don’t solve anything. It feels like they haven’t even used their own software. To top it off, they keep pushing expensive updates that break more than they fix. I’ve lost data, wasted money, and damaged client trust because of this product. Save yourself the frustration. There are far better options out there. This one is a nightmare.

Please update interest calculation as regular like princpal and tax or only on principal excluding tax that it.ghis is required in many offices in government where interest in applied on principal amount only excluding tax please update this accordingly

App was working fine but now suddenly if I have send invoice on what’s app can’t se that option earlier it was there and was very easy to send but don’t know why now I can’t see what’s app in share list Kindly address and resolve M using app on IOS iPhone

Using this for a while. Appreciate your app. Good for basic accounting.Sharing pdf version which is useful. But Need to fix minor issues 1) like editing , deleting of groups, ledger account title etc 2)Multiple entry for journal ie multiple debits and credit journal entries. for exp one debit of 20000 with 2 equal credits of 10000+10000 etc. 3) There should be separate menu for data entry. 4) Some times we miss to click done button in amount entry. There should be one final save button and exit.(may be with beep sound) 5) Interface can be changed better after selectig the company. All menu can be grouped boldly. The app is allowing to restore file.. And the support team insted of resolving the bug they are always trying to make me upload the company file to drop box.. And in my case this isn't convinient for me to upload the file to drop box but they aren't fixing the issue... I have contacted them via whatassp and all they say is it will take time. And it's been over a month that I have informed them about this but there is no one who is concern in bookkeeper team to solve the actual problem of there customer.. How many days can anyone manage a bug like this in their accounting software.. Please fix this bug asap so that I can continue my work peacefully... Hope it will get done asap 🙏.. Other than this.. This is the best Accounting app I have used till now 🙏

Best accounting app i m using since 5 yaers , but plz add support two differnt template for two differnt compnies on ipad

I am using Bookkeeper for my Mobile Shop business , I have one suggestion to the Team Bookkeeper , try to add IMEI or Serial bulk update why entering purchase. So we are able to bill with the IMEI number or Serial Number easily .

Upper part of screen is not visible ok and back button on the top are not visible please try to fix that soon as possible
