Description

Book League is the most fun way to start and stick with a daily reading habit on the first social reading tracker.
* Track your reads: Track each time you read to see your progress.
* Cheer your friends: See what your friends are reading. Support their progress, discuss, and discover new books based on their reviews and recommendations.
* Get competitive or collaborative: Bring your friends or book club online and see who’s the ultimate bookworm. Create your own literary community.
* See your stats: How much have you read this week? This month? All time? We’ve got you covered!
* Your Own Library: Track the books you’re reading, want to read, and have finished.
* Take Notes: Seamlessly add notes during reading sessions for you to review later.
Book League was created to help promote reading in a world filled with technological distractions. Americans spend an average of 4 hours a day watching TV and another 5.4 hours a day mindlessly trolling on their phone. Unbelievably, they only spend an average of 16 minutes a day reading! TV, surfing the internet, and trolling social media are passive activities that actually have negative consequences to your overall well-being.
Everyone knows that physical fitness is important to your health, but many disregard mental fitness and its many benefits to your mind, body, and soul. What your brain consumes is very important and reading is the ultimate mental workout. Think of Book League as a social fitness tracker for your brain.
Benefits of Reading:
* Relieves stress and depression
* Improves memory and overall brain function
* Slows down cognitive decline
* Increases Empathy
* Increases vocabulary and spelling ability
* Improves writing skills
* Increases attention span
* Increases lifespan
* And many many more!
Not only does Book League promote reading, which in turn has all of these benefits, but it also provides a safe and positive literary community full of users with similar goals to yours. So whether you’re an avid reader looking to up your game or someone who is looking to revive or start a reading habit; come join Book League and help us create something special.

Book League Reviews

Helped me build a daily reading habit

J F Mil on

I’ve been trying to read more for years and with this app I’ve actually been able to commit to picking up a book regularly. Tracking progress toward a reading goal and keeping a reading streak going has made all the difference! Highly recommend.

LOVE this app!

Great app to hold you accountable to reading. Compete with your friends and family and share notes/advice about books you’re reading. Also removes the “read any good books lately” conversation because you can review what everyone’s been saying and reading.

Build a reading community

ConnectWithPablo on

United States

This app makes it easy to get a group together and share insights from a book. I’m using it to build a community for my business.

So many features and functions!

This app is great for tracking or connecting. I really like the idea of creating groups within the app so we can read a book together and comment along the way. Love the little tidbits of encouragement after every reading session or book completions. So much more personalized than Goodreads!

Keeps me on track

I've been trying to read more since the pandemic but it's been a struggle... until I joined Book League! The stats and streaks encourage me to read everyday if even for a few minutes, and seeing what my friends are reading is a lot of fun. I may even be getting a little smarter 😂

Sweet app if you’re into reading

I’ve struggled to find an app or method to track my reading, wishlist, and nudge me to read more. This app is the best at this that I’ve seen yet, and the design is 10x better than any other reading app out there. Also I think the groups feature is going to be HUGE. There’s a lot of potential there with genre based interests, private book clubs, etc

Best place to get ideas for my next book!

I love seeing what my friends and family members are reading, the progress they're making (positive peer pressure), & what they thought of them. It’s such an effective way to get recommendations. I also love how the quotes at the end of each section motivate me to keep reading.
