When I was introduced into reading apps, I was sceptical. I went through a few different options until a friend recommended I try Read Control, and I can say my experience with it has been surprisingly good. I have taken back the control over how much I read thanks to the amazing features, like the easy search engine, the statistics that help me see how much I’m reading and so much more. I have never seen a reading app before with so many customization options like the ones Read Control has. I can not only change the colour of the background (which is so much fun to do!) but I can also change the lighting to help my sight rest, and change the font size to make it bigger so I don’t have to strain my eyes trying to read tiny letters. Downloading this app has been worth it, no doubt about that. I have recommended this app to everybody I know that is into fiction books, but also to colleagues and friends that only read for educational purposes. It is so important for us to broaden our horizons by learning, and there’s no better way to learn than by reading a good book, and here you will certainly find a lot of good reads! I personally enjoy the fact that I can download the books straight from my phone, as it’s convenient for me, that I’m always busy with lots of tasks and traveling around for work.

I have a fairly lengthy commute to work in the mornings and in the evenings, so I like to unwind whilst on the train by reading a great book. This app is brilliant for me as it stops me having to carry around heavy books to and from my workplace which can be very tiring after a long day’s work. The books are so accessible when using the app and its great knowing I do not have to worry about losing my page as the app bookmarks the page I left off at. This is so handy due to having a busy schedule and I do not have much time to myself to ensure my book is marked correctly. The great thing about the app is that it does all of this for you. So, by knowing my books are safely stored on the app, this brings a lot of peace and comfort to my mind. The app really does exactly what it is called, Read Control really does control your reading so you know the books you have read and what you are yet to read. A great app that is very useful!

When I was young, digital reading did not exist! I am so impressed with modern technology and apps like Read Control as they promote sustainable reading and easy living. If you had told me when I was younger that I could use a mobile phone to read any book in the world I would like to, I would not have believed you as I would have thought it was out of the realm of possibility due to the amazing idea. I am so impressed by young people today and their abilities to create software that makes people’s lives much easier. I particularly am impressed with the fact that I can enlarge font size so I do not develop headaches or migraines. This is the future of apps and is great for many reasons. These reasons include accessibility anywhere at any time from your phone, sustainability of the planet and efficient features that make people want to read rather than seeing it as a negative task. Overall, I love the app concept and will be talking positively about Read Control to many of my friends.

I am almost sure that this app was originally made by the developers to use for themselves and when they saw how amazing it turned out to be they decided to share it with people. If you already tried it you’ll know what I mean and if not – trust me, you’ll know once you download it. It’s so well thought through! All the features are useful and there’s even 1 feature that makes it even more interesting – it’s the statistics feature. I don’t use it often, but it’s interesting to check it out sometimes. I’ll just quickly browse how many books or pages I’ve read and it gives me a small boost of confidence. I know I read a lot and it’s a good thing, especially in these times when all people do is just scroll social media and watch the news. I don’t like the news, but I like adventures! So I got my favorite adventure books in this app and I even got some new ones that I can’t wait to try out! Lucky for me reading is going to be very easy with this app~

I have been using it daily since I downloaded it, and even when I'm short on time, I always find a little minute to read thanks to it. I have downloaded all kinds of books, which can be easily done from the phone, or from a URL. I love how simple it is to customise the app to suit my needs. I have changed the background colour to make it more pleasing on my eyesight, and being able to change the size of the font has proved to be really helpful too. The performance of the app is admirable. It's easy to understand, fast, and user friendly. This app is a must have for any readers, book lovers, or simply anyone that wants to improve their reading habits. Read Control will help you take the time to open up that book you've been neglecting, and before you know it, you'll be done with it and moving on to the next book. The statistics feature surely helps me stay motivated and I'm reading more than ever, which is a lot to say as I've always been an avid reader.

Finding this app was a sign for me to finally start reading properly. I was always saying “ooh, I don’t have enough time to read” or “ooh, I don’t have the books I want or a proper place to read” and held off reading for a long time, but now this app, this Read Control has appeared where I can have all the books I want in one app and I don’t need to waste a lot of time choosing a book or a place to read, because it’s all in my phone – easy to access from any place. I can’t even complain that reading from my phone strains my eyes, because Read Control’s design is so clean and pleasant that it doesn’t hurt my eyes at all. On the contrary – I now like to read everything from this app. I upload all kinds of books and material and now I spend a lot more time reading and educating myself properly. No matter how much I upload into this app it never lags or crashes, and the bookmark feature is amazing! If I ever close the app myself by accident I don’t have to worry, because the bookmark feature will help me find where I left off.
