How the hell do I buy anything?

I’ve selected Light novels to read but I don’t even know how I’m supposed to BUY them. There’s no cart option, I can only add things to my wish list.

Can’t access JP ebooks through app anymore?

I used to use this more frequently, but since the recent update I can’t seem to download Japanese ebooks through the app anymore as it defaults to english with no way to change this. It’s quite annoying to have to go through the website anytime I want to buy a book! Please let us change between the English and JP stores freely through the app, I know I’m not the only one who uses this for non-english ebooks.

Mediocre app, good content

If you're looking for a way to read manga and light novels in Japanese then this is what you've been looking for. As with Kindle you need to buy via their website (thanks Apple...) but it's easy enough to navigate, even if they front load the store with lots of rather questionable comment. Keep searching though and you'll find the less niche stuff. The app itself is sadly rather mediocre though. It's slow, doesn't handle app switching well and download speeds are absolutely terrible. Downloading a single book can take 15-20 minutes (and I'm on a 1gbit connection). Also the actual scan quality is often fairly poor. Manga on Kindle looks hugely better and downloads quickly, but of course it’s all in English.

I can download a whole season of anime before one volume is ready to read. Fix your downloading speed and I will have nothing to complain on.

Alright reader but having to tab out and go oj to safari to go to the store is plain annoying.

Great App

The app does what it is supposed to, allows you to read light novels and manga. Book walker offer hundreds of titles for you to purchase and I have never had any issues with the service or the app.

If u want to read a light novel via ebook then this app does the job perfectly.
