Bookagram - A beautiful photo books from your photos.

I like many other reviewers paid for a photo album I never received. They told me that it is "too expensive" to track their shipped orders. Now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them for a refund. Buyer beware!! Update 7/21/17: I disputed the charge for this book I never received and this company did not respond to my credit card's request for information. ZERO stars - buyer beware! 😡

I ordered a book almost two months now and I didn't get my book or my money back. Unhappy

Bookagram accepted my order, billed my credit card, and has failed to get me my product. I have been waiting weeks...

Although this is a great idea, I have yet to hear any update on my order and it has been a week. I couldn't find anything on their website other than a question submission box. The app and bookagram belong to a company called One Click Ltd. When I try that website (www.oneclickltd) there is a notice of site suspension. However, I am going I wait this one out and hopefully I will get my book printed with quality materials. If the app wants more business they need to keep their customers updated on their orders they pay for. UPDATE: today is February 20th, I ordered this on January 29th. I still do not have a book in hand. However, I did get in contact with bookagram. When I ask where my book is they give me a generic answer, "we are located in Europe and customs may hold up your package." This is ridiculous.

I've been looking for a simple app like this that links right with my Instagram profile! So far so good simple easy to use. Only thing would be better is a select all photos so I don't have to hit everyone and if there was a layout button so you could have 6 to 10 pics per page just for people who take a lot of pics. Makes it nice for a yearly photo book to make. Other than that liking this app so far. Can't wait for my book!
