This is just to vent out my frustration. As the customer experience is useless and did nothing at all when it's clearly that they are the one to blame. Here's what happened. I found an app where to book bus tickets from Hat Yai to Bangkok with a much shorter travel timeframe compared to the ones that I have searched before. What happened was: I booked the tickets clearly dated November 30(selected the date->selected the time->entered passengers names-> selected the seats->payment). During the process of making the payment but entering the card number, the screen became blank and just white screen(in which I initially thought that will not be an issue at all). Initial booking reference was created at 8:12AM. I checked the booking details and saw that it was booked for today's date November 12, 2023. At 8:15, I reached out to the booking company through their chat option (which was totally useless because they communicated through email). The contact I did was to tell them what happened and that to have the booking corrected. I have been patiently communicating to them expecting that they can have it straightened out because it's clearly the glitch on the app during the booking period. The REPEATEDLY indicated the no cancellation policy even when I didn't mention to cancel but rather correct the date of the booking(they even indicated the possible app glitches). Initially offered to contact the bus company to correct the date but ended up advising me to contact the bus line company (take note, I am currently in the Philippines). I asked if there is a whats app option because we don't have a landline that I can use to contact. Was informed that I can use the number through whats app when it's clearly a landline number. So , we're actively communicating up till 1:54 PM which resulted to no correction of booking and even telling me that I have the option to review booking before making the payment. Was even advised that the situation is already out of their hands. Here's what really frustrates me, the customer service is not helpful at all and obviously not doing anything. Only responded making it look like "they are doing something". The chat option on the app is useless. And worst, I tried to place a review on the app but that dis not reflect at all.
