I love this app. It gives me the freedom to enjoy book browsing in stores and purchasing books that I don’t already have! Prior to my Book Buddy I was purchasing books I do already have but are not yet read. Yes, I am a compulsive book buyer but this app keeps me on track!

Easily the most powerful book tracking software in the App Store. The devs are always working on making it more powerful, and easy to use. Very easy to use. I have close to 4,500 books in my house, many of which are still to be added. This has allowed me to sort them into my own definitions of Categories, and allows me to note the bookshelf they live on. More than that, tech support actually know the product!! Can you believe that?! They are amazing! Not only do they know it enough o answer all my questions, if what I am asking is not presently available, they offer a workaround or something to provide similar results. And then, several times I have seen the feature added on a later update. This app is so easy to use, and super powerful. And the ability to share my database online means people don’t double up my books when they purchase me gifts! Thanks Kimiko, you have made a fantastic app.

So many features and so easy to use! I have over 900 books on my bookcases and another 150+ in my wish list and this makes it so easy to keep a record to ensure I don’t double up. It even keeps a record of where you’ve stored each particular book and has books borrowed and loaned out categories. I use it constantly and rate each book and then write a review in the notes section of each title. I can’t recommend it highly enough and have recommended it to many folk in Facebook bookclubs I belong to. 10/10 stars from this author/bibliophile!

I had over 1100 books in another library app which closed down. I looked around and ended up here. So glad I did. The support is second to none. The system is so easy to use. One very happy book reader

Previously used My Library. BookBuddy is easily as good as that, only does not include movies and music (note separate apps for those). In the process of adding all my books, and it is quite easy and quick. The sync between my iPad and phone is automatic. The only thing it doesn’t do that I would love is a quick move function between locations. There is a move function, but it relates to moving between categories, a field I don’t even know the purpose of. I am planning to use it for Collections, as there isn’t a field for this, and I have some old Herron books that come in collections of books by different authors with the same theme. Anyway, love this app. Please, keep updating it. It is heartbreaking to spend days entering all your books into an app only to find some time later it is no longer being supported and doesn’t even open in the current iOS.

My app is books I have not entered or read or would ever read. I have totally wasted my time entering in information and reviews and I will be asking for a refund.
