I had a terrible experience with BookCabin. After registering for an account, I kept getting error messages every time I tried to sign in. I reached out to customer service hoping for assistance, but their response was unhelpful and frustrating. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply told me to click the verification link in my email. I explained that I had already done this multiple times, but they just repeated the same instructions without offering a real solution. It felt like they weren’t even listening to my problem. Despite several attempts, I’m still unable to log in, and their lack of effective support has left me extremely disappointed. A service that claims to be reliable should not make something as simple as logging in so difficult. I won’t be using BookCabin again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This Book Cabin is driving me nuts! Registered but keeps getting error signing in. Customer service asked me to register again but it says user exist and i reset the password but still it appears to be error signing in. Repeated this several times but still failed!

Always wrong key in booking flight want to check in cannot . What is this for !!!!!! Useless

Stupid customer service! Dont help anything! Maybe indonesian service like this not like malaysia customer service very good handling on people.. If any error or something wrong with your transaction they will not help you.

Im a frequent flyer for lion group and this apps does not work (cant retrieve) a single time since using. A very unreliable apps.
