The app going smaller on the screen once you open

It crashes as soon as I try to open it.

Keeps crashing after update .

Installed. Saw what was available: Card number Offers Rebate Then deleted app. For me, useless. Card number/barcode is already in my iPhone wallet, offers are never really great, and if you don’t do £10k a month, we’ll you don’t get a rebate to use the function anyway.

Went to bookers in Stockport, did not have my card and was prompted to down load app to log into store. After messing around for 10 minutes to load the app enter my details an error kept popping up. “<“ expected at 1:1 I was ready to walk out and not do my shopping eventually the assistant logged me in manually on their computer system!! Fix this! It’s ridiculous

So much easier to book in when you enter the branch. Simple to use and great not to have yet another card as we all have enough of those. Definitely recommend

Booker web account works fine, but when I enter my password in the App, it tells me “Password field contains too many characters” Will review again once they have the security sorted out.

App need to give choice to add the card to apple wallet like Tesco allows.

Such a shame. It could be such a useful app, I downloaded it with a touch of excitement at the till, but after trying to use it a couple of times, it’s just so disappointing. I already had an app on my phone to act as the membership card, but unfortunately I have found this as app not as good as what I was already using (which could store multiple business account cards)

Never have to remember my card now and get the store to print off. Can use it to get a self scan gun at reception. Can check my Just eat rebate status on the go with having to log into the website 👍
