Newest version terrible
Takes forever to refresh and it’s not a WiFi or internet issue. All full strength. I could chisel appointments in a stone tab quicker than this newest version loads!! Get your stuff together Booker!
IOS app not reliable.
This booking service costs an arm and a leg and the IOS app is constantly double booking or not showing appointments.
It’s great. I have Never had any issues.

App Issues
For the most part the app is great! But I’ve been noticing that appointments that have been cancelled are still showing up in the app…but they were cancelled on the computer. Other than that….the app is great!

I love this software and the app is so easy! It really helps me keep track of my business even when I’m on the go! Thank you!
New update
You can’t see client history anymore and thats annoying. When you click on their summary it only shows their appointment that day, no previous history. It shows past years at the top but nothing under that. That doesn’t make sense considering I have clients that i’ve seen for over a year
