BookingKoala For Providers

I have tried numerous times to use the BookingKoala app, so I can work on my cell, if I’m away from my desk. It never recognizes my Login ID. I use the same information on a browser with no issues.

Needs a Revamp, but gets the job done.

I have been trying to solve a problem with declined notifications not being sent to the customer. It has taken 5 days of back and forths with customer service, and we are no closer to solving the problem. Imagine trying to troubleshoot an issue but every response from them takes 12-24 hours. It becomes effectively impossible unless it’s a very simple issue. BK has no form of customer support other than emails, and their reps don’t carefully read your responses, causing you to repeat yourself and start the clock over, waiting another 12-24 hours for them to get back to you. I wish someone higher up at Booking Koala would reach out to me so we can finally solve this simple issue.

I do enjoy using the provider app. Business would be much easier with an admin app to help change bookings on the go or include add-one while inside a clients home.

This app helped our cleaners a lot

Making this software is definitely a big game changer for my cleaning business, & of course other service businesses. I am honestly lost for words. Im so happy someone was intelligent enough to come up with this software. I’ve searched all over for a software that includes self appointment scheduling for clients & being able to choose a service with options & add on modifier selections. It even has location attached to it. I almost gave up on a popular service app today because they didn’t offer the important option & modifier form features i needed within my business until a cleaning business on YouTube mention they were using this. I’m so happy!!! My stress anxiety literally has been relieved after almost giving up. I’m in tears! From business owner to business owner, thank you so much

Application does not work for administrator, we need to access the site to manage our business.

Huge Fan of the app and excited to see where this takes my company.

Was supposed to start a job using this app but now the app just loads forever and never opens. I checked it yesterday and was fine but they day I’m supposed to start a job, it doesn’t open at all.

The app is good and works well. I don’t understand why they have an app for providers but not for admin. Doesn’t really make much sense
