PL Shorten the process of payment , avoid Unnecessary entry of last 6 digits of CNIC and phone number

First, there's a 10% cancelation fee. Acceptable, it's a rule. Agreed. But the refund is in App Wallet. And now I've requested for a Bank Transfer. It's been 8 days. Still hanging. Is it that difficult to send the money back? Pathetic. I think I'll lose my money.

If you pay for tickets it will take a lot of time to confirm tickets and if you call on the helpline operator will take 5 min to take the call

Don’t book Adil Express by bookkaru beacuse they don’t have enough buses and bookkaru is assisting them to book tickets but when you will reach counter they will charge you extra money and arrange seat in local service and have commission avoid Adil Exrpress

This is a scam application. I've been trying to get a refund of tickets purchased through this app. i bought the tickets using my credit card but instead of refunding the amount to my card they put the refund in in-app wallet. Now they are asking for my bank account. But i dont have a bank account with said credit card service provider. Now i cant use my money and i'm forced to buy tickets elsewhere. there customer support is absolutely oblivious to how banks work,., do not expect any help from support if God forbid you are stuck at anything.

It never works. ”No bus found on this route” Got this response from the app. While there were busses on that date, time and route. It’s pathetic app.
