AI Read Books, Text Aloud

This app reads English text in other languages. So unless you’re multi-lingual, you won’t be able to listen to your pdf’s and understand them.

Doesn’t work, spinning circle of death when tapping play 🤷🏻‍♀️

First off, AI can be a useful tool if ethically sourced and I do not know if the Voice Actors were properly compensated for the ai training. Text-to-speech also doesn't accentuate things the way a VA would, so the delivery is bland and sometimes misread. The app won't let you play the clip unless you pay, so this app is training AI off of free stuff and then changing us consumers for it?? Overall a promising idea but not done well. There are other places to find free audiobooks that will be preformed better than this AI, or you can buy the audiobook and support all the talent that went into making it instead of paying this AI App

Besides all of its core features, one thing I appreciate is the multiformat support, because a similar app I tried before only worked with pdf and txt files.

If you love books but struggle to find the time to sit down and read, you probably are going to have a wonderful time with this little app. Just go ahead and give it a try.

If you're a bookworm with little spare time and like audiobooks, then you're going to love this app. It can even scan paper books and add the resulting file to your library.

Since now I'm able to listen to any book while on the go, iRead has made my daily commute so much more enjoyable. A must have for any book lover.

It's so convenient to have all my books accessible in one app and be able to listen to them while multitasking that I can't give it anything less than a 5 stars rating.

This app has completely changed the way I consume books and I feel I am now "reading" a lot more, which was one of my goals at the start of the year.

I discovered this app by pure chance, I never thought something this convenient could possibly exist, and the best of all is that it actually works!
