Booksy for Customers

When I use the website in CZ and book appointments in PL (I live near the border and very often use PL services), there is no problem with. But after one of the updates couple of months ago, I can't select country of interest anymore and now, whenever I'm in CZ, I get redirected to US Booksy for some strange reason. When I'm in PL (Polish mobile network), the app works well and PL Booksy is enabled. Why US? At least offer the closest country in which Booksy operates. Or please bring back the essential feature which enabled to choose the country in which you're interested. If not that, I would give 6 stars, the app is simply awesome. But I can o ly use it half of the time.

I don’t understand how is possible that I Booked and appointment this morning, and now few hours later, it doesn’t show up in my profile. I can’t even look for places, nothing is found, all blank. I can’t use the app. Very sad that Moment doesn’t work anymore in Poland. It was way better than Booksy and I preferred it.

Let us choose google maps when tapping the location button, makes you have to type in the address into google maps, Apple Maps is discontinued and doesn’t get updates on roads and exits
