Boomerang is a transportation service geared specifically for children ages 5-17. Boomerang is here to relieve the stress of getting your children to school, after-school activities, practice, lessons, dental appointments, camp, etc. We currently serve the residents of Sioux Falls, SD, and its’ surrounding areas. Boomerang hours of operation are currently Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

DRIVER SCREENING
We put safety first through best-in-class driver screening. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age, have at least 5 years of caregiving experience, and pass a rigorous 15 point certification which includes local and federal background checks, DMV checks, stringent 25-point vehicle inspection, and an in-person interview.
SAFETY FEATURES
· When scheduling a ride, you can provide the driver with specific pick up and/or drop off instructions such as walking them to soccer practice and ensuring handoff with the coach or signing into school.
· Drivers will provide secret code words that you have included in your profile. Your child will be asked for their birth date, which the Driver will verify through your profile details.
· You will receive Driver details including a photo of the driver and vehicle as well as details of the vehicle such as make/model/color and license plate. The Driver will be wearing a bright green Boomerang Driver t-shirt and also have a Boomerang sticker in the front and rear windows of their vehicle to ensure your child knows exactly who is picking them up.
· The Driver will check-in 60 minutes prior to the pickup time and you will receive a notification.
· You will receive notifications throughout the ride - when the driver starts the ride; when the driver arrives at the pickup location; after Driver has successfully verified your child; when the Driver is on their way to drop off location and when the ride is successfully completed.
· You will also be able to monitor the Driver in the app from when they begin the ride and are en route to pickup location until the Driver has completed the drop-off instructions and your rider is safely at the drop-off destination.

The Boomerang app is easy to use! Schedule a single ride or carpool ride. Need a recurring ride? We can support that too! What if there are multiple pick-ups or drop-off locations? We have you covered!
1) SCHEDULE - simply choose your date and time. Rides should be scheduled 24 hours in advance but we can accommodate last-minute needs. Remember carpool services and SAVE!
2) SELECT A DRIVER - We understand how much trust you are placing in us, which is why we take Driver screening very seriously. Boomerang thoroughly evaluates each candidate before approving them as a Driver - but the final decision is in your hands. Driver profiles with details allow you to make informed decisions.
3) NOTIFICATIONS & TRACKING - receive real-time notifications when your child is picked up and dropped off, with the ability to monitor the ride in a map view from start to finish for added peace of mind.
