Makes me feel less anxious
It’s amazing to me how doing small little things can make such a huge difference in our own lives and in the lives of others. Simply sending meaningful connective messages to those I care about or to those I just want to build up-makes us all feel less anxious. Everything else on my phone just adds to the stress of the everyday grind. This is different. And I love it.

This app is the best social media app I have ever seen. Each social media app I have ever seen has had numerous studies done over the years explaining why they are detrimental to your mental health.
