App has too many errors

I have been using this app since 1.5yrs. Features are good but there is always difficulty while posting new updates..always crashes whenever I try to post from my IPhone. I wonder, why these people are unable to resolve the issue.

Very bad company in all manner. There executives will didn’t show you face once they take money from you. No support Total waste of money

Bad experience for this company employee not be cooperative my money has been wested I would recommend don’t by any package for this company this company is so unprofessional

All the doctor who has invested in this are not happy and those who are starting to invest please save your money and invest in someone from nearby locations.these people are fraud they will provide platform and ask you to do all the work . Right from making creatives to putting it online .

Please don’t ever buy this application. They will only help you untill and unless your website is created and active I.e. for 15-30days at max. . It’s been 6months I have taken subscription of this application. I haven’t received my GST tax invoice Inspite of 10-15 reminders. Executive Rupesh and Kamlesh don’t reply back neither resolve issues. For first 3-4months they have excuse for glitches in application n application improvements and new versions. And after that they stop on replying to your calls and problems. I have asked executive for back end support for my website neither he replied nor he bothered to call back and ask. When I called up he didn’t replied. Hopeless experience.

Please please do not waste your hard earned money by paying them, their executive Sharad and Gagan would speak very very sweetly before taking your money. Sharad used to visit my office atleast 5-6 times in a day before payment (I am literally not exaggerating) and after payment disappeared no after sales support. Their language also changed from sweet to rude. Please call me on 9920250044 to get more detail.

Don’t fall in the trap of their sales representative. They say they will complete the work in 9 mins and handover the website and guide us throughout in updates. It’s been 45 days since I have paid them Rs 23,600 and my email ID is still not created, my google my business is pending, my IVR is not set up and their sales guy (Mr. Nikhil Gawde) has not been responding to our calls. Our money has gone down the drain. We were promised to be on the top search results within a month. However, they have not even completed our work since 45 days. These guys are fooling us by charging high amounts by just creating a website using templates. Instead get your website built through a local developer in a template for Rs 5,000 instead. Total waste of money.
