Hola! A qué se debe que la aplicación entre 1 y otro video tarda en presentarlo y así tardo en volver a grabar otro durante un evento ? Afecta que tenga en la aplicación guardados todos los eventos ?

With the 'Pro' in-app purchase you can have access to all features within the app during a month, six months or a year, depending on the chosen package. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal, Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Hola eh usado ya la app en varias ocasiones pero creo que aún no eh logrado aprovecharla totalmente, existirá alguna tutoría de cómo mejorar mis videos, agregar música y porque soy nuevo en esto, gracias, pero la verdad muy buen resultado

Estaba todo muy bien hasta …
Esta app estaba cumpliendo con todo lo que necesitaba para los eventos de cámara 360 pero empezaron a bajar la calidad de los videos y veo que no soy la única con el mismo problema. He enviado un par de correos a soporte y no he recibido respuesta, me gustaría encontrar la solución a esto para seguir usando la app
Se distorsiona el video
Hola, ayer hice la compra de la aplicación, pero mis videos salen distorsionados de la cara. Podrían ayudarme a saber cuál es la configuración correcta para que esto no pase!!

Cuantos videos puedo subir en un evento? Tengo videos de un evento que no logro subir a drive. Me cancela en automático.

Hola qué tal me podrían apoyar ya que al momento de pagar la app me realizo el descuento en mi tarjeta pero no se activo el modo premium en la app
