Slowly application
Need to be more faster

Worst app in use
This is the most slowest app i have ever used. After thousands click page get open and fetching data on each click. You need to work on your app asap or else losing the clients.
Very slow can search
I couldn’t search by item names and the delivery should be same day not 2 days

Terrible experience
Terrible app. Products are always missing or not delivered but they only tell you after they deliver the items. When you’re shopping everything is available but later they say it’s not in stock. Only after they delivered half your items! Terrible app for online shopping and the customer service usually can’t help. Their hands are tied. And on top of that delivery is 20 Dhs items!
Not recommended, bad customer experience
I bought 3 medical items and they delivered different items Then I called them and no support at all from them, finally the log complaint and they told it will tack 5 days and no one came back Even they send survey for me and I share same feedback and they reply that “ Sorry, we are unable to publish your review right now as it doesn't meet our guidelines”!!!!!!!!!

Can’t redeem the Aura points !
Always transaction declined when using the points , why !???
