Won’t open

Used to be fine but since getting an iPhone 16 Pro and updating my iOS, the app won’t even open. It flashes up for a second and then closes again before I can do anything.

No payid!

Pretty dismal to not have pay id and it takes 3 days for funds to clear

Dissappointing

Really disappointing to see a banking app that is so limited in its functionality and behind its peers. Half tempted to move everything just to have a better user experience.

Terrible user experience and design

I rarely leave reviews for an app but this is a terrible app in terms of user experience and visual design. It needs a redesign asap. It’s also so slow and clunky to use.

New app, same catastrophic issues

Time outs, repeated logins, unsure if transactions have gone through, overall an amateur effort at mainstream online banking.

Worst Banking App

I recently joined the bank, the previous reviews from 3 years ago are still going on now. The app crashes, have to wait forever for it to load. I will be be going back to NAB.

Rarely works

Most frustrating app ever. Spend loads of time deleting and reinstalling app as you can hardly ever log in. Been like this for years. Hopeless

App does not work

This app is the worst banking app I’ve used. Constantly declines log in and have to spend hours on hold with support line just to access my balance. Will be switching banks, can’t use this app anymore
