Bosch is garbage
When I think Bosch I think absolute garbage. That’s the first impression you get after using this terrible app which doesn’t work properly. I want a refund on my alarm this is theft.

Horrible, doesn’t allow me to login and keeps on closing
Waste of Money
Completely Unreliable. Each “fix” lasts about 2 weeks maximum. The bugs need to be fixed. Suggest avoiding purchasing this system
Insanely slow
It is incredible that after spending thousands of dollar on security system, this is the app you end up with. Connection is literally worse than the old dial ups. At this point they might as well add that tone in while establishing a connection. Not sure what effort have been put into this app but it is really hard to believe in this day and age it takes that long to connect

I regret ever spending money on the Bosch RSC+. This thing is an overpriced, unreliable, and poorly designed piece of junk. From the moment I started using it, I ran into non-stop issues. It barely functions as advertised. Maintenance is a nightmare, and good luck getting any proper customer support—because there is none! They either don’t respond or give you useless advice that doesn’t solve the problem. For the price, you’d expect a premium product, but what you get is something that constantly needs fixing and isn’t even remotely reliable. Save yourself the frustration and look for something else—this is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (I’d give zero stars if I could)
Terrible app
Hard to use. Sluggish app. Terrible UX. From a company like Bosch you would expect so much more
Don’t use Bosch
This app is so outdated newer alarm apps use critical notifications of an alarm event this one doesn’t you would think with all the Bosch panels in the world they would stay on top of new features, from Anonymous Security Installer
Unable to connect
Couldn’t connect and use the app after upgrading it. 0 star for me.
Connecting
Issue connecting when away. Extremely slow feels like I’m back to dial up internet year 1992.
