Can no longer get any video on mobile devices

I’ve had the Bosch security system for four years and was able to log in and see front and back from Iphone or iPad with ease. This new update which was uploaded automatically has completely ruined the system. Over complicated and unnecessary features that upload badly. I mean, what use is a black and white map showing me where my cameras are. I know where they are! If it doesn’t improve soon I’ll rip the lot out and install the far more relevant Ring System!

Somehow this version has caused me to lose he ability to view any footage irrespective of whether it’s live or in replay mode. Even when trying to extract, absolutely no footage will show up. Tried this on iOS 11.2.2 on an iPhone 6 Plus, on an iPad. A separate iPad I use had not had the app updated and it’s working perfectly. Tried all my cameras (40+) to the same result. Youll be downloading this app because you have bought Bosch hardware. Thing is, it isn't in the same ballpark in terms of quality. Clunky and not particularly intuitive and slow to change cameras. There are far better apps out there for cheaper CCTV. Come on Bosch get your act together

Absolutely brilliant CCTV app for interrogating IP cctv cameras. The retrospective analytics works really well. Playback and Live features are easy and the search feature is extremely fast and easy to use.

Seit dem Update komme ich mit der App nicht mehr auf meinen Divar! Bitte dringend beheben! Es funktioniert exakt einmal, wenn man alles neu eingibt an Zugangsadaten. Danach nicht mehr. Danke Es geht noch immer nicht. Trotz Update: Autentisierung fehlgeschlagen! Lösche ich den Standort, gebe ihn neu ein, geht es exakt ein Mal, dann wieder nicht.

Es erscheint die Meldung, dass Detektion der Netzwerk-Zone gescheitert sei und wird nach Lokal(Lan) oder Internet gefragt. Beides ermöglicht keinen Zugang! Hilfe! Das Problem ist schon früher mal gewesen. Bitte umgehend auch jetzt nachbessern. VG Liliane

I have now seen almost all mobile apps of the well known camera and vms manufacturers. Considering that full support is only available with bosch cameras, this app is by far the best in my opinion.

Von heute auf morgen, ohne irgendeine Änderung am System, zeigt die App anstatt der Kamerabilder nur noch vollflächig grün. Nur wenn man bei Bildeinstellungen die Qualität von „Original“ auf „Einzelbilder“ ändert, dann ist das Kamerabild wieder sichtbar.

Seit dem letzten Update sind die Videobilder in der Vollbildansicht nicht mehr drehbar. Weiterhin kann ich nicht mehr als 4 Bilder in meiner Ansicht anzeigen lassen. Angeblich wäre die maximale Anzahl an Bildfenstern erreicht. Nach dem Update ist die Drehung der Bilder möglich. Leider kann ich trotzdem nur maximal vier Bilder aufrufen. Der Fehler besteht weiterhin.
