I can hear!! I can be apart of conversations now. I highly recommend Bose Hearbuds to anyone who has difficulties hearing. They are way cooler then traditional hearing aids that are marketed for seniors, and not for someone in mid 40’s such as myself. The phone calls are crystal clear, and the music is impeccable.
The Bose hearing aids were decent , but it now that they are no longer supporting this device they’ve gone and disabled the app. Paid close to $700 for this product and can no longer use its features. Standard procedure for end of support typically means no more updates, but the app still functions. That’s not the case here. I will never buy another product from Bose,
These hearing aids were pretty good. But Bose has discontinued them. And what's really bad it has thrown those of us who purchased from them under the bus. It won’t support us won’t even talk to you about the app. 🙄They just refer you to the company that is using the technology….Lexie. And all that company can do is offered to sell you new hearing aids at somewhat of a discount.
BE WARE. I recently received a notice that as of the beginning of November they will no longer provide software updates for my hearing aides. My hearing aides are about 3 years old or maybe less. If I have known they would obsolete my aides this quickly I would have shopped elsewhere. They still are working and did not expect this. I am not at all happy with abode at this point. $850 is still a lot of money.
The hearing aids were quite expensive and now the app is being discontinued after several years. The hearing aids will lose all features, but volume. I cannot find any support for this situation through Bose.
Please start manufacturing the Hearphonrs again. They’re the best on the shoulder heating aids made. I’ve tried the others and none can compare. Other than that yours were about 3 times more expensive than the best of the others, so is the tenderloin more costly than the Chuck steak!

Takes several tries to connect. So much so that I often give up. Once ima. Our moon it actually works. Trash app.
If you’re trying to tolerate 12 weeks of “watchful waiting,” to see if your situation self-resolves, try the Bose Hearphones. They’ll make your situation far more tolerable.
