Sounds it’s waaaaaoooo unbelievable

The sound quality is amazing … battery life it’s very impressive . BUT the EQ needs improvement there is room for improvement . But above all the sound quality is amazing A+

I cannot even get my headphones connected. They are currently useless. I should have read these reviews before purchasing this. This app is so glitchy and very poorly made. From a multi million dollar company, I expect way more from Bose.

App doesn’t connect to headphones.

The app constantly freezes or bugs out. Why do I need WiFi to use this app every time I open it. If you’re already in airplane mode or flying you’re pretty much locked out. Terrible app with terrible design. Obviously they prioritize stealing our information than producing a product that works when you need it to.

I HAVE BEEN USED ANOTHER BRAND BEFORE, BUT BOSE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS SOUNDS ARE NOT HAVE COMPETITION!!

Could use some improvement. Other brands offer more features and settings.

Once I started learning about these I started loving them more
